In one sentence: Cosmic Nexus and Kalika are trade names of AiGNITE Consulting LLC, Houston, Texas. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as AIGNITE CONSULTING.

Who is AiGNITE Consulting LLC?

AiGNITE Consulting LLC is a Houston, Texas company. Cosmic Nexus and Kalika are trade names operated under AiGNITE Consulting. All payments processed on cosmicnexus.ai and kalikaengine.com are handled by AiGNITE Consulting LLC as the merchant of record.

Why does my card statement say AIGNITE CONSULTING?

The statement descriptor matches the legal entity name registered with our payment processor and bank. Cosmic Nexus and Kalika are the customer-facing brand names. AIGNITE CONSULTING is the parent company that bills your card. If you remember placing an order with Cosmic Nexus or Kalika, the AIGNITE CONSULTING line on your statement is from us — same charge.

I do not recognize a charge. What should I do?

Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for an order confirmation from readings@cosmicnexus.ai. The subject line will read “Your reading is queued” or “Your … reading is ready” and will reference an order ID like KBC-2026-NNNN.

If you cannot find a confirmation, please email readings@cosmicnexus.ai with the date and amount of the charge before disputing it with your bank. We respond within 24 hours and can either locate the order, confirm a refund, or escalate to your bank with you. A chargeback initiated before contacting us costs us bank fees we would otherwise have refunded directly.

Refunds and cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy lives on the Terms of Service page. In short: you can cancel for a full refund any time before Nuwan begins writing your reading. After delivery, partial refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Email us first — we have never refused a sincere refund request.
